Saying as language and culture are inextricably linked. By having another language (or languages), these bilingual children will have been exposed (to differing degrees) of the respective cultures and will be less likely to find them alien. In this respect - they can be considered more open minded. And once they've been exposed to more than one culture, they will probably (to some degree) be more open to other cultures.
