O Presente trabalho tem como objetivo investigar o inventário e partilha por via administrativa, através de Escritura Pública tudo conforme a Lei nº11441/07. O intuito do presente estudo é destacar os aspectos que a nova lei trouxe para o Código de Processo Civil no que tange ao Inventário e a Partilha por Escritura Pública. Destacando a função do notário no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, ressaltando as características gerais da Escritura Pública, bem como o direito sucessório que deverá ser de conhecimento do tabelião para lavrar Escrituras de Inventário e Partilha, e por fim, proceder ao estudo de todas as novidades trazidas pela Lei nº 11441/07 no que tange ao Inventário e a Partilha, requisitos da Escritura Pública, prazo, competência, gratuidade, necessidade de assistência de advogados. Tudo para ao fim demonstrar que o Inventário e a Partilha extrajudicial é um procedimento simples e seguro ao alcance dos cidadãos.

The objective of the present work is to investigate inventories and partitions via administrative proceedings, through public deeds according to Law no. 11441/07. The intention of the current study is to highlight aspects that the new law has brought to the Code of Civil Procedure in reference to Inventories and Partitions by Public Deeds. Highlighting the function of notaries in the Brazilian Legal System. Emphasising the general characteristics of Public Deeds, such as successory rights which should be to the knowledge of the notary public for the drawing up of Inventories and Partition Deeds, and finally continuing to the study of all the new issues brought about by Law no. 11441/07 in reference to Inventories and Partitions, requisites for Public Deeds, deadlines, competence, free legal aid, and the need for legal assistance. The overall aim is to demonstrate that extrajudicial Inventories and Partitions are simple and safe procedures within the citizens’ reach.

A prática do descarte de lixo a céu de lixo, principalmente por parte do educando, no ambiente escolar, foi o que motivou esta investigação. Neste sentido procuramos perceber a concepção de lixo dos discentes do ...., seu comportamento em relação ao lixo e seu comprometimento enquanto cidadão pelas questões ambientais causadas pelo descarte inadequado deste objeto. E, para entendermos essa postura diante da interação do objeto pesquisado e os indivíduos, buscamos identificar as representações sociais de lixo dos discentes do Colégio Agrícola de ..., bem como se a educação ambiental ministrada como disciplina contribui ou pode contribuir para formar ou modificar essas representações. O público alvo foram os alunos das primeiras e das terceiras séries dos cursos técnicos em Agropecuária e Informática, concomitantes ao Ensino Médio. A metodologia utilizada para identificar as representações sociais de lixo dos discentes foi a análise do discurso embasada na perspectiva moscoviciana. Através da observação participante e da aplicação de um questionário, investigou-se as concepções de lixo dos discentes ao ingressarem na primeira série, bem como a concepção de lixo ao chegarem à terceira série. Pretendeu-se nesta análise identificar alguma modificação, reelaboração, releitura da representação social de lixo dos discentes dos cursos técnicos em Agropecuária e Informática, pois reconhecemos a educação ambiental como um tema interdisciplinar, capaz de auxiliar e conduzir a construção de uma sociedade mais solidária, um cidadão mais comprometido e responsável socialmente e preocupado com a complexidade do fenômeno do consumo no mundo contemporâneo.

Abstract - Social representations of litter produced by the student body of ... Agricultural College
This investigation was motivated by the practice of throwing away litter in the open air, principally by those being educated in the school environment. In this sense, we are researching the .... college student body's (i) conception of litter, (ii) their attitude towards litter and (iii) their commitment as citizens regarding environmental issues arising from the inadequate disposal of litter. In order to better understand student posture towards this litter - individual interaction, we aim to identify any social representations in student littering at 'Colégio Agrícola de ... '. We are also investigating if Environmental Education, taught as a school subject, contributes, or could contribute, to form or modify such representations. The target public was the first and third year students on technical courses in Agriculture and Livestock, also IT, both concomitant with High School. Discourse analysis based on the Moscovici perspective was used to identify social representations of student littering. By means of participant observation and the application of a questionnaire the conception of student littering (i) on entering the first year and (ii) when reaching the third year, were investigated. This analysis aims at identifying any modification, reelaboration, and rereading of the social representation of student littering by those on the above mentioned courses. Our results recognise Environmental Education as an interdisciplinary theme capable of aiding and leading to the construction of a more solidary society, to more personally committed socially responsible citizens concerned about the complexity of the phenomenon of consumption in the contemporary world.
