What risks does the trail entail?

CLÀUSULA OITAVA
Ao término de cada exercício social, em 31 de dezembro, o administrador prestará contas justificadas de sua administração, procedendo à elaboração do inventário, do balanço patrimonial e do balanço de resultado econômico, no prazo legal, em reunião de cotistas, especialmente convocada para esse fim. Fica eleito o foro de São Paulo para exercício e cumprimento dos direitos e obrigações resultantes deste contrato.
O administrador declara, sob as penas da lei, de que não está impedido de exercer a administração da sociedade, por lei especial, ou em virtude de condenação criminal, ou por se encontrar sob os efeitos dela, a pena que vede, ainda que temporariamente, o acesso a cargos públicos, ou por crime falimentar, de prevaricação, peita ou suborno, concussão, peculato, ou contra a economia popular, contra o sistema financeiro nacional, contra normas de defesa da concorrência, contra as relações de consumo, fé pública, ou a propriedade.

EIGHTH CLAUSE

In the event any of the partners should expire or be placed under business restrictions, the corporation shall continue its activities with the heirs, assigns, and the incapacitated. If it should be impossible, or if the remaining shareholding partners should have no interest, the value of his assets shall be assessed and liquidated based on the Corporation’s financial situation, upon the date of the resolution, whereupon a special balance sheet shall be drawn up.

THIRTEENTH CLAUSE
The Corporation is deemed dissolved when:
I – The term of operations expires, unless, when the term expires, none of the shareholding partners are opposed to foregoing the liquidation of the Corporation, in which case the term of operations shall be deemed undetermined;
II – The shareholding partners unanimously consent to do so;
III – In a Corporation where the term of operations is undetermined, by absolute majority after the shareholding partners have discussed the matter;
IV – There is one shareholding partner, and another is not admitted to the Corporation within one hundred and eighty days;
V – Withdrawal of legal right to operate.
FOURTEENTH CLAUSE
The jurisdictional court of Brasília is elected to insure the execution and fulfillment of the rights and duties pursuant to this contract.
The administrator declares under penalty of law, that he is not precluded from carrying out management of the corporation by either a special law or as a result of a criminal conviction, as well as being under its term, or facing a penalty which prohibits him from occupying public positions, even if only temporarily, or as a result of a conviction for failure to pay child-support, praevaricatio, coaxing or bribery, concussion, embezzlement, crime against the public economy, against the national financial system, against bidding competition rules, against the consumers, against the public faith, or against property.
By virtue of their being thus mutually agreed on everything expressed within private instrument, the parties to this contract obligate themselves to comply to it in its exact terms, signing 3 (three) copies of this document having the same form and content in the presence of 2 (two) witnesses, who are also undersigned, this instrument being duly registered in the Sao Paulo State Board of Trade.

• les diurétiques ont fait leur preuve chez les personnes âgées ;
• les inhibiteurs de l’enzyme de conversion disposent déjà de preuves dans l’insuffisance cardiaque et le status post infarctus myocardique avec fraction d’éjection réduite ;
• les anticalciques, hypotenseurs efficaces, n’ont pas encore de preuves cliniques à cette époque. Ils font l’objet d’une controverse quant à leur effet défavorable sur les événements coronariens, controverse initiée par des partisans actifs de ALLHAT.17

The MacMahon group’s meta-analyses are the most important references regarding the ALLHAT7,8 authors. They also analyze the SHEP9 study, which confirmed that diuretics were effective in the prevention of heart disease.
This report is incomplete. The authors attach little importance to the well-established fact that diuretics reduce arterial pressure quite effectively in subjects of the black race10, 11 and elderly people. For the latter group, said findings were based on hard clinical evaluation criterion.9, 11, 12 On page 427 in his book, MacMahon10 recalls the fact that the relative ineffectiveness of captopril on black people was corrected by adding a diuretic to the treatment. This does not support or negate the probability that the ACE inhibitor/diuretic combination is superior to a diuretic alone.
Regarding the new medicines, the ALLHAT authors mention favorable studies on conversion enzyme inhibitors' effects on heart failure and reduced ejection fraction after myocardial infarction.13-16 Therefore, the 1994 data report makes it possible to claim that:
• diuretics are quite effective in the prevention of cerebral vascular accidents (strokes) and, to a lesser degree, in the prevention of heart attacks;
• diuretics are quite effective in decreasing blood-pressure and correct the relative ineffectiveness of ACE inhibitors in black people;
• diuretics have proved to be an effective treatment for older people;
• conversion enzyme inhibitors have proved to be an effective treatment for heart failure and reduced ejection fraction after myocardial infarction;
• anti-calcic drugs, effective blood pressure reducers, do not yet have any clinical evidence to support their effectiveness. Their unfavorable effect on coronary events has caused a controversy, which was begun by active partisans of ALLHAT.17

La HLP est une machine de paquetage de la firme Molins à l’origine. De nombreuses fois modifiée, relookée, ou upgradée, elle est disponible sous différentes formes et vitesses. Cependant chacun des modèles peut être traité de la même façon du point de vue sécuritaire. Cette machine peut être liée à une autre machine en amont : le chargeur de bateau, et une machine aval : la sur-enveloppeuse paquet. Les risques sur cette machine sont multiples : coupures, écrasements… Après « cartérisation » seules les bobines doivent êtres accessibles. Cette machine fait partie des dernières machines reçues dans le groupe , elles ont été totalement révisées et re-conditionnées pour atteindre de nouveaux objectifs de productivité et de sécurité.
La cartérisation intègre la globalité des mécanismes , ce qui interdit a quiconque une intervention machine en marche.
Il est cependant à noter que l’ensemble des carters en poly-carbonate ( Macrolon doivent être équipés de contacteurs de type à inter-verrouillage. L’inertie de la machine interdisant l’emploie de contacteur simple à came ou à fourche. Les autres carters ( tôles ) seront maintenus par simple boulonnage , les vis nécessitant un outils pour leur démontage : interdiction d’utiliser des vis moletées) Pour ces machines, il est indispensable de vérifier la présence d’une chaîne d’arrêt « normal » et d’une chaîne d’arrêt d’urgence, ainsi que la présence d’un frein machine à manque d’énergie . DERIVES DE 1,3-DIPHENYLPROPANE SUBSTITUES, PREPARATIONS ET UTILISATIONS
La présente invention concerne des composés dérivés de 1,3-diphénylpropane substitués, les compositions pharmaceutiques les comprenant ainsi que leurs applications thérapeutiques, notamment dans les domaines de la santé humaine et animale.
Les inventeurs ont mis en évidence, de manière surprenante, que les composés selon l’invention possèdent de manière intrinsèque des propriétés agonistes PPAR (Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor).
Les molécules décrites dans l’invention sont donc d’un intérêt particulier pour traiter les complications associées au syndrome métabolique, l’insulino-résistance, le diabète, les dyslipidémies, l’athérosclérose, les maladies cardiovasculaires, l’obésité, l’hypertension, les maladies inflammatoires (asthme, etc.), les pathologies neurodégénératives (Alzheimer, etc.), les cancers, etc., ainsi que pour permettre la diminution du risque global. This invention relates to substituted 1,3-diphenylpropane derivatives, the pharmaceutical compounds containing them, and their therapeutic uses, in particular in the fields of human and animal healthcare.
Surprisingly, the inventors have proven with their invention that these compounds have intrinsic PPAR (Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor) agonist properties.
The molecules described in this invention are therefore of particular interest in treating complications of metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, diabetes, dyslipidemia, atherosclerosis, cardiovascular disease, obesity, hypertension, inflammatory diseases (asthma, etc.), neurodegenerative illnesses (Alzheimer, etc.), cancer, etc., as well as reducing the global risk. The compounds according to this invention are to be used preferentially for treating dyslipidemia.
Diabetes, obesity, and dyslipidemia (high plasma LDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels, low HDL cholesterol levels, etc.) are some of the clearly-identified cardiovascular risk factors which may predispose a person to develop cardiovascular illness (Mensah M, 2004).
