Portuguese term or phrase: estar enquadrado
'Todas as intervenções no equipamento só podem ter lugar se o Fornecedor contratado estiver devidamente enquadrado por um Responsável do Departamento de Manutenção.'

In this case, 'to be framed' doesn't make any sense. How would you put it?
