Your answer was correct and the asker chose Tobias's, which wasn't. In this case, the client refers to bank info different than what's specified in the contrat (e.g. contractor changes the account number). If that happens, the contractor must send a notice in advance, and that may adjourn the due date of the invoice. If that happens, the contractor is not entitled to any additional remuneration, due to that extension. This is what I understood. Anyway, I think both our answers are correct.

I note that in the Kudoz reference you give, the answerer Tobias actually altered the original phrase before giving his answer. In fact, "remuneração" is not payment, but income or remuneration. In this case, one suspects that the only income being referred to is interest but, as Mario suggests, it might include other elements, which is why I kept to the more generic term "remuneration". Also, the original author of the phrase used "remuneração" and not "juros".

So personally I think that the answer accepted in the Kudoz question you refer to is wrong. (I have just noticed that the other answerer was my humble self, and my answer was not very good either. :-( But I have improved a lot since 2012!)

A remuneração das faturas é a margem de contribuição da contratada, ou seja, o "extra" que é acrescido ao valor de fato dispendido conforme o multiplicador contratual. O que a instrução está dizendo é que essa remuneração não se aplica em decorrência do prazo necessário para pagamento das faturas. A contratada não terá direito a juros, multas, margem de contribuição, etc. sobre um valor que poderá sofrer atraso em decorrência de erro dela própria, IMHO.
