Gostaria de saber a melhor tradução para a expressão BOLETIM DE COMPLEMENTO no seguinte contexto:

"A falta de impugnação, pela Contratada, no prazo definido no item 7.2, implicará o reconhecimento da exatidão do Relatório de Medição (RM) e/ou do BOLETIM DE COMPLEMENTO (BC)".

Não consegui encontrar a definição de Boletim de Complemento. Seria uma Complementary Invoice?

  -> It's not a regular report, though. It's a progress report, since it's used to backup the invoice. I don't tink "report" all alone reflects the kind of document. Thank you!
