I once had the misfortune to spend a couple of hours in a car with Emmanuel, vain self-centred author of the gender-defining 'Nós Pimba', and it all boils down to banality, easy-listening (for some!) predictable 4/4 pop music sung by unchallenging tackily-clad bimboes.
