If the first letters are written in capital letter this Maca Mamie could be the name of a song. I would not translate it. However if you want to translate it, maca really has the meaning of trouble and mamie is short for mother. I lived in Angola and I would say they mean something like the mother that is always in the middle of any conflict/confusion.

Hey Mike, I did a bit of research (please see my notes) and I found that maca in Angola is: briga, confusão, discussão and
also Mamie is the short form for Mary. It is a song so the translation doesn't have to be literal so I'm guessing it's something like: Talking Mary/Fighting Mary or even maybe "Talking about Mary".

although maca is also stretcher and many people die as a result of malaria so "Carrying Mary"..So many possibilities.
