"Apresenta um quadro clínico compatível com Perturbação Esquizóide da personalidade (F 60.1 CID- 10), associado a marcados traços obsessivos, evidenciando risco de desestruturação psicótica perante situações de stress major."

Eu não procuro a tradução da frase inteira é claro, eu simplesmente não encontro informação sobre desestruturação psicótica e por isso se alguém me puder ajudar a não cometer um erro um bem haja.
