  -> the only think here it sounds ok for me is the rigid, even in portuguese, bloco and desordenado is not very usual to describe our body...

Explanation:
As you realize, "bloco" doesn't translate very easily into English. We usually say 'block of [something]'. My first choice would be to change the structure and say:
'your body can become stiff and unbalanced'. It sounds more like the rest of the tone of your text.
If you want to stay with the structure, then I think the closest option would be 'block of wood'. I thought of 'stick', but a 'stiff stick' is too much alliteration.
