I did not realize my mistake in the language pairs. What I want to know is what Teresa and Loreta commented, how I express this expression in English - realização do evento - now I understand that it is possible to express this idea just using "During the event , air conditioning equipment .....". Thank you

I'd have to agree with Loreta. "During the event" sounds right to me as well.

The question, however, should have been posted with the relevant source text in Portuguese (aka the source text being quoted) and marked as "Portuguese to English."

thanks for the context. But there is another problem with your question. You said it is a Portuguese to English question, but the term you informed us is in English. That is why you should have mentioned the Portuguese phrase not the English one.

I agree with Teresa and Loreta. It is not necessary to even mention realização in the translation. During the event/fair/exhibition.

acho que você deveria inserir o original em português pedir sugestões. Assim fica meio confuso. Também seria bom se você pudesse dar mais contexto. Aparentemente o termo está equivocado, mas não dá para saber o que sugerir se você não informar o original.
