Portuguese term or phrase: tcp
Hi guys,

This is a tricky one. I'm Brazilian, so it might be an usual term in other Portuguese speaking countries, but I can't figure out what it means.

"tcp", in the context of a Release Warrant. The text goes:

"Manda que, em cumprimento deste, se ponha em liberdade o preso Rafael Carlos Silva, tcp “Rafael", solteiro, de 30 anos de idade, filho de xxxxxxxxx e xxxxxxxxxx, natural e residente antes de preso em Luanda, rua... etc."
(PS: The name was changed from the original)

Could "tcp" mean "nickname"? I really have no clue.
