Senior (E&W crim) Justices' > (AmE) Court > Clerk Explanation: Not too sure of the US/Can. equivalent, but some of my c0ontemporaries at Guildford Law College (near Reading) took the Justices' Clerk option on Solictors' Finals. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 36 mins (2016-04-27 17:48:18 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- OK - to (half of) Douglas B's previous answer, except that Justices' Clerk would IMO be a good etymological fit for a non-UK readership/non-E&W judicial readership.
