Asker: I can't find a single source of this phrase being used by an English-speaking jurisdiction in a legal context. I believe the best translation is still out there.

Asker: I looked into this and I don't think my document could be called a headnote. It seems a headnote should be around a paragraph but mine was 20-something pages. Thank you though!
