Request for Clarification Explanation: Aclaratórios = Embargos de Declaração (recurso no qual o recorrente pede ao juiz/tribunal que esclareça obscuridade, omissão ou contradição presente em decisão/sentença/acórdão) Não pesquisei a fundo para saber quais os requisitos do "Request for Clarification" no sistema jurídico do Common Law, mas parece-me que são menos restritos que os dos nossos embargos de declaração.
