Apesar de, de certa forma, entender o conceito de "vista" -- exame de autos fora do ofício -- sempre tenho dificuldade em traduzir o termo em diferentes contextos, então aqui vão alguns exemplos, o conjuntos dos quais talvez faça ficha cair



1) Título do documento: VISTA AO MPF
Opção: "delivery/release of court records to the MPF for out of court examination" ?

Or some other option I can't come up with?

Estou presumindo que release ou delivery sozinhos não passeam a ideia de que os documents estão sendo retirados/entregues para exame. 'Release' me remete a "divulgar" mais que liberar p/ consulta, mas pode ser um preconceito/limitação minha.

2) Frase retirado do document VISTA AO MPF: NESTA DATA, FAÇO "VISTA" DOS PRESENTES AO PROCURADOR DA REPUBLICA
same as above?


3) Retirado de um termo de distribuição e conclusão, especificamente: DATA DA VISTA
"data de release/delivery/examination some other option?"

4) DADA A VISTA DOS AUTOS PELO EXCELENTISSIMO SR. XXX
"examination"?

Esses são os exemplos de que me recordo agora.
