Portuguese term or phrase: Conselho de Administração
Rather a strange or obvious question but can anyone give me the definitive trasnlation of this term, is it The Board, or as some school of thoughts claim, this is wrong and should be translated to Administrative or Management Council?

I have not heard any doubt about this translation. But this can indeed change according to the type of company.
