I am having difficulty finding the correct translation for this phrase, it appears in a court gazette at the end of the following sentence. Thanks for your input!


Estando o requerido em lugar ignorado, foi deferida sua citação por edital para que, no prazo de 15 dias, a fluir após os 20 dias supra, pague o débito atualizado (isento de custas e honorários advocaticios) ou, no mesmo prazo, ofereça Embargos, sob pena de se constituir de pleno direito o titulo executivo judicial, convertendo-se o mandado inicial em executivo.
