Pensei em usar inventory, como definição " A detailed, itemized list, report, or record of things in one's possession, especially a periodic survey of all goods and materials in stock.", mas por outro lado penso que pode se tratar do inventário de uma pessoa que morreu, então não sei como traduzir inventário neste contexto para o inglês, o que encontrei mais próximo em um glossário foi probate.

  -> Sim, eu sei. Tanto que eu coloquei o "proceeding" entre parênteses. "Inventário" pode ser tanto a relação quanto o processo. Neste caso, não estava claro.
