Portuguese term or phrase: ónus de não fracionamento
Dear colleagues,

I have a contract that states "... sobre os prédios identificados encontra-se registado um ónus de não fracionamento, pelo prazo de dez anos..."

Does someone know what "ónus de não fracionamento" is in English? In this case, I think it means you can't split the property for 10 years.

Thank you all in advance!
