issue a joint decision Explanation: os seus Árbitros Representantes, os quais deverão) pronunciar-se, em decisão conjunta, 15 (quinze) dias após suas convocações their Representative Arbitrators, who are required to issue a joint decision fifteen (15) days following their being summoned. (I don't think "suas convocações" necessarily means "after their meetings", but it might, considering that it is plural.) (I think "are required to" is better than "should". "Should" does not sound idiomatic in this context.) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2014-10-16 10:14:51 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I take back the statement about "convocações". After review, I think it does mean "meetings", and "após suas convocações" means "following their meetings". |

Pronunciar-se, em decisao conjunta, make an adjudication, in a joint award, Explanation: The ST/source text reads differently to the question asked. Also, an arbitral decision is usually labelled an arbitration award. Reference: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/portuguese_to_english/business_com... |
