"Para cada cobertura contratada, as partes estipulam um valor máximo de pagamento e/ou reembolso, denominado "limite máximo de indenização", que representa o limite máximo de responsabilidade da seguradora por sinistro abrigado pela cobertura, atendidas as demais disposições do seguro."

I'm doubting my translation, mainly the "abrigado pela cobertura" part only because I can't think of good alternative without using "covered" and "coverage" in the same sentence. As to "Para cada cobertura contratada", I'm just curious if there's a better alternative than "for each agreed coverage". Here goes my try for the whole sentence:

"For each agreed coverage, the parties stipulate a maximum payment and/or reimbursement amount, hereinafter referred to as the "maximum indemnity limit", which represents the maximum limit of liability of the insurer per loss provided with coverage, in view of the other provisions of the insurance."
