Caso o LMR Único seja superior ao Valor em Risco Declarado para o local sinistrado, a indenização ficará limitada a este Valor em Risco."

This is under Claims Clause of a commercial insurance policy. Not if I should use "premises" or "place", but here goes my try:

"– Insurance taken out with the Single MLL (Maximum Single Limit Liability)
In the event that the Single MRL is greater than the Declared Sum at Risk at the premises where the loss occurred, the indemnity shall be capped at this Declared Sum at Risk."

Also - I don't think MLL exists as an abbreviation used in insurance - maybe a different one?

Perhaps you should read the text in its entirety first. It may give you some clues. Is it the building that is insured, or the contents (ie potential for loss/damage of contents. Or perhaps both, is it landlord's insurance, or tenant's?

Notes to answerer
Asker: This is a commercial insurance policy, and from reading other parts of this policy, it's for business operations (i.e. machinery/equipment) taking place, against risks involved, which is one reason I didn't consider "building/locale". Thanks for the suggestion
