"O prazo de 30 (trinta) dias previsto acima sera suspenso, quando a Seguradora verificar que a documentação é insuficiente para a regulação do sinistro, podendo em caso de divida fundada e justificável solicitar ao Segurado a apresentação de novas informações a documentos complementares."

This is under under Claims Clause of a commercial insurance. The phrase given in the middle of the above text is the part where I doubt. Here goes my attempt:

"The term of 30 (thirty) days, as defined above, shall be suspended whenever the Insurer deems the documents, upon verification, insufficient for claim of loss adjustment to be considered, and if in debt whereby the request is founded and justified by the Insured to submit new information to the additional documents."
