I'm not liking my translation, on the second part of h) of the above text. This is the beginning of the file of an insurance policy (not sure under what clause - my file is split off from the middle of the clause). Here goes my try (just h) only):

h) In the event of failure to disclose any known event susceptible to increase the risk covered, later made reported and verified after the fact of having been kept a secret in bath faith.
