I think that "REND PAGO APLIC AUT" stands for "Rendimento Pago de Aplicações (Financeiras) Automáticas", which can be translated to "Income received from automatic financial investments". It is the income (interest and earnings) that the bank pays to the client (that's why the word "PAGO"/"Paid"; but in customer's perspective it is "income received"), because the bank automatically invest part of the client's account balance in securities (usually bonds/commercial paper issued by the bank itself, with fixed income and guaranteed). The word "MAIS" is just the name of such bank account type, meaning that this account type gives more benefits: I think you can translate it to something like "Plus", but you can also choose to keep the original name "Mais". I'm not sure what the name "APR" means: it may be the name of the investment in other financial assets (APR = Ativos Ponderados pelo Risco »» Risk Weighted Assets), or it may be short for "Annual Percentage Rate", or it can be something else. |
