"Compromete-se a LOCADORA, a receber direta e exclusivamente da LOCATÁRIA, todos os valores referentes a este CONTRATO, eximindo-a de qualquer responsabilidade quanto ao pagamento ou obrigação contraída perante terceiros em face de quaisquer títulos enviados a cobrança bancária, em operação de desconto de duplicatas, correção de circulação de garantia."
