There are several words in this text (very coloquial - business email) on which I need clarification:

"Também queria lhe contar um pouco mais das notícias q tenho daqui, das conversas q tenho tido com XXX (YYY e equipe), da impressão sobre o rumo q as coisas parecem estar tomando...

Mas pelo menos sobre o abaixo me dê um retorno:
Falei com o BBB hoje cedo e ele me disse que AAA e vc estão jogando sujo demais. Até então ele dizia que achava q vc estava "fora do complô", mas agora acha que vc é pior que o AAA, pois "o AAA a gente sabe que é um FDP; vc é, mas se veste de CCC".
Me contou q depois daquele dia que vieram aqui, quando ofereceram a ele um período de transição inclusive, nunca mais deram as caras. Ele te procurou mas vc sumiu; te ligou e não teve resposta, disse que estava indo pra PB e queria alinhar com ves antes mas ves não deram bola ... Ele me mostrou inclusive os SMS que ves trocaram."

Again, like in previous post, this is written by the CEO of a company trying to get a hold of a board member [being unresponsive and said he would do "this and that" but has done nothing] regarding severe corporate matters [involving the bank] to be reported to the shareholders.

Given the text the follows this, "me de um retorno" seems to convey something like "the reaction I received". The most idiomatic rendering I can think in English for ""fora do complô" is " no truck with any plot" but I don't know if that it truly means. Also, I'm also wonder if "mas se veste de CCC." could means "but you/he/she dress ups like CCC" or something along those line. I know this more than one term involved here, but wanted to get more a discussion on these (For the answer my main doubt to be cleared up is "retorno" at the beginning).

the first part has already been answered, although 'feedback' isn't very colloquial 'complo' is from the French 'complot', conspiracy might be too strong, you could use 'plot' or 'scheme' or just ' you weren't in on things'
