Affidavit of support. This form must be completed and signed. The affidavit of support must be accompanied by a bank statement or letter from a financial institution verifying the availability of funds in the amount stated on the affidavit of support. For a single student with no dependents, the affidavit must show a minimum of $15,000 (US)
