Late Arrival: If a vessel fails to arrive before the end of the last day of the agreed Window, the loading terminal will make every effort to receive the vessel as soon as possible in the order of NOR received; however, used laytime shall not commence until the vessel has been secured to the dock and all fast.

All time saved from vessel being all-fast to the agreed lay-commencement or to completion of loading, whichever occurs first, shall be credited to time waiting, if any, to berth at discharge port(s).

Quando um navio atraca ao cais, passam-se as espias e amarra-se o navio com amarração dobrada ou seja com a maior segurança possível.
No caso, somente atracação fica genérico.
